Mr. Adrian Rollke, BA

Executive Director / Acting CEO and Managing Director

Adrian Rollke completed his B.A. – Economics Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1992. He has been involved in the finance and management of natural resource companies for the past twenty years and has served on the board of numerous resource companies. From 1992 to 1998 Mr. Rollke was responsible for the financial reporting and cash flow management of Consolidated Ramrod Gold Corporation (over $ 75million raised) and Atlanta Gold Corporation (over $30 million raised).

Both of these companies were TSE 300 listed companies. From 1996 till 1999, Mr. Rollke was a director and the secretary for Atlanta Gold Corporation and in 1999 organized the merger of Atlanta Gold with another Canadian entity. Mr. Rollke was instrumental in the organization and development of Pencari Mining Corporation in 1999 (formerly Azure Resources Corporation). He brought the Company public in in 2003 and raised over $13.0 million. Mr. Rollke is a co-founder One Asia Resources Limited.



Mr. Craig Smyth

CFO and Secretary

Craig Smyth graduated from the Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Commerce and administration, and has completed his Master of Applied Finance at the University of Melbourne. Craig’s financial background includes Coopers & Lybrand, Credit Suisse First Boston (London) and ANZ Investment Bank.

He is currently the CEO of Lion Selection Group Limited and Executive Director of Lion Manager Pty Limited.  Craig is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.




Mr. Boyke Abidin

President Director of Indonesian Operation

Mr. Boyke holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of London. He has more than 25 years experience in Indonesian management. Previously Government Liaison Officer for Rawas Gold Mine in South Sumatra. Since 2000 Director of PT Masmindo Dwi Area responsible for all Government approval and licenses for the Awak Mas project.







Mr. Rob Thomson BE, MBA, F.AusIMM

Non-Executive Director

Rob has 30+ years of mining experience including the last 18 years in Asia. He has been with Finders Resources for the last 5 years as ED-Development for the Wetar Island copper cathode HL/SX/EW project in East Indonesia, where he has been closely involved in all technical and corporate aspects covering  BFS, obtaining approvals under the new IUP/Forestry system, and equity/bank financing with Stage 1 operations about to commence. His first 10 years of industry experience were with established companies such as BHP, Rio and Plutonic Operations working in underground and open-cut gold and coal operations and project development. Mr Thomson then moved into working with Juniors and Pre-IPO groups in transitioning exploration projects or acquisitions through to project development and then mining operations. Rob has seen 8 green-field projects progress to operations and the last 5 in Asia including; Finder’s Wetar project in Indonesia; Kingsgate's Chatree open-cut gold mine in Thailand as PM BFS then relocating to site as GM Development;  Oxiana's  Sepon open-cut CIL gold mine in Laos PDR as site Project Director; Climax Mining’s Didipio project in the Philippines, as CEO working closely with Chairman Jim Askew for the companies refinancing, revised Didipio copper/gold porphyry open-cut concentrate BFS, obtaining approvals and commencement of early construction leading to a A$300m merger with Oceana Gold ; Asian Mineral Resources Ban Phuc underground nickel/copper concentrate development in Vietnam as founding director and later CEO.



Mr. Robin Widdup, BSc (Hons), MAusIMM

Non-Executive Director

Robin Widdup graduated from the University of Leeds (UK) with an Honours Degree in Geology in 1975. He worked in the Zambian copper belt gaining experience in mine geology at major copper-cobalt deposits, returning to the United Kingdom in 1978 to work for the National Coal Board in open-cast coal exploration activities. In 1980, Robin joined Mount Isa Mines Limited in Queensland and worked in both the copper and silver-lead-zinc mine areas. Robin moved to stockbroker J B Were & Son as base metals analyst in 1986, before his subsequent appointments as gold analyst and manager of J B Were’s Resource Research team. During his time at J B Were, Robin established himself as one of Australia’s leading resource analysts, and the Resource Research team under his management was held in the same regard. Robin resigned from J B Were & Son in early 1997 to establish Lion Selection Group and Lion Manager. Robin is Managing Director of Lion Manager Pty Ltd.
